Responsibilities:
Accountable for all operations within the mining area of responsibility.
Maximize equipment utilization and reliability by supervising department personnel in the implementation of planned activities, programs and effective breakdown response to meet volumes within approved cost and time or production and safety parameters.
Optimize use of equipment within capacities and operational performance specifications.
Requirements / Qualifications:
Have minimum 10 years relevant mining experiences (Open Pit)
Experience in managing a gold operation
Preferably with previous West Africa experience
Competent in MS software
