Human Resource Officer

Objective:
Suitable candidate would be responsible for performing a variety of human resource duties in accordance with HR best practiceResponsibilities would include

 Recruitment and selection
 Induction and orientation of new entrants
 Coordination of training
 Managerial support
 HR Planning
 Policy implementation
 Development of HR framework
 Employee relations
 HR business partner

Requirements

 Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline
 Candidate must at least have 2-3 years post NYSC experience
 Must be conversant with labour law
 Good communication skills (both verbal and written)
 Consulting or BPO background would be an added advantage
 Decision making abilities
 Multi-tasking abilities
 Must have HR and Admin operational knowledge
