The Client Services Administrator will be responsible for support of the Client Services team, performing day-to-day administrative tasks including:

System updates
Supplier communication
Progress chasing
General administration duties
Filing/samples support etc.
Distribution, freight and customs support

The Client Services Administrator will effectively manage the expectations and service requirements of a number of stakeholders, including colleagues, external customers and vendors.
The role is varied with daily activities changing to reflect the requirements of our customers and the team.
A versatile, positive and energetic individual is sought who can work equally well on an independent basis or as part of a team.
A good communicator, with a strong understanding of Microsoft Office packages (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) is required.
Experience of:

Working in an office environment
Managing multiple tasks
Co-ordinating the requirements of others
Previous experience in delivering against tight deadlines
May have worked in a Customer Service environment in a previous role.
You will be incredibly well organised, the type of person who appears un-phased and in control no matter what is thrown at you. You’ll provide great support to the team and your personality will shine through in all that you do.
