Requirements:
B.Sc., a Masters degree is an added advantage.
Minimum of three years Call Centre management experience.
Proficient team management skills.
Fluent English and communication skills.
Have experience in mobile phone call center management.
Candidate must be above 25years and free to go on transnational trips.
