Perform comprehensive assessments of real estate properties to determine their market value.
Oversee residential, commercial, and industrial properties through effective management and supervision.
Conduct thorough property inspections and compile comprehensive, detailed reports summarizing findings with precision and clarity.
Proactively identify and secure real estate opportunities for sale, lease, or acquisition through targeted outreach and strategic marketing initiatives.
Provide clients with expert guidance on property investments, current market dynamics, and viable real estate prospects.
Compile comprehensive valuation reports, conduct thorough feasibility studies, and develop detailed property management reports to assess asset performance and inform strategic decision-making.
Collaborate with clients, governmental bodies, and relevant stakeholders to address property-related inquiries and concerns.
Ensure adherence to all applicable real estate laws, regulations, and professional standards to maintain legal and ethical operations.
Candidates must possess a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as business administration, finance, or accounting, and ideally hold a professional certification like CPA, CMA, or CFA. A minimum of five years of progressive experience in financial analysis, reporting, or audit is required, with at least two years in a leadership or supervisory role. Proficiency in financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks) and advanced Excel skills—including pivot tables and LOOKUP—are essential. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities are necessary to interpret complex data and present insights to stakeholders. Candidates should demonstrate a commitment to continuous professional development and familiarity with regulatory compliance standards (e.g., GAAP, IFRS).
A degree in Estate Management or a closely related discipline, including OND, HND, or B.Sc., is required for this position.
Requires a minimum of two to three years of hands-on experience within the fields of estate surveying, valuation, or property management.
Proficiency in property valuation methodologies and an understanding of real estate market dynamics are essential.
Exceptional interpersonal abilities, skilled negotiation techniques, and polished communication are essential.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and specialized property management software is highly desirable.
