Job Summary

We are in search of highly motivated, proactive, and outcome-focused Sales Canvassers to drive the promotion and marketing of our products across Arbor and its surrounding areas.

The successful candidate must demonstrate confidence, persuasiveness, and a talent for cultivating strong customer relationships to accelerate sales growth.

Oversee the comprehensive execution of assigned duties, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and adherence to established protocols. Maintain regular communication with stakeholders to provide updates, address inquiries, and foster collaborative relationships. Perform detailed analysis of data to identify trends, evaluate performance metrics, and recommend strategic improvements. Develop and implement efficient processes to enhance productivity, streamline workflows, and optimize resource allocation. Prepare accurate reports, presentations, and documentation to support decision-making and maintain transparency across teams. Ensure compliance with industry regulations, company policies, and quality standards throughout all operations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align efforts, share best practices, and achieve shared goals. Provide mentorship and guidance to junior staff, fostering professional growth and skill development within the team.

Drive customer acquisition and revenue growth by executing strategic promotional initiatives to showcase the company’s product portfolio. Develop and implement targeted marketing campaigns to engage potential buyers and highlight key product benefits, ensuring alignment with sales objectives and market demand.

Travel to various retail establishments, markets, and commercial premises to facilitate and increase sales opportunities.

Prospect and cultivate relationships with potential customers while diligently pursuing promising leads to drive business growth.

Cultivate positive customer relationships by ensuring consistent, high-quality interactions and service delivery. Prioritize responsiveness to inquiries, address concerns promptly, and exceed expectations where possible to foster trust and loyalty. Regularly evaluate feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and implement strategies to enhance overall satisfaction.

Strive to consistently meet and surpass the designated sales quotas assigned to you.

Deliver daily performance evaluations and comprehensive sales reports.

Help drive the growth of the organization’s customer portfolio by identifying and engaging potential clients.

Seeking a highly organized individual with exceptional attention to detail and outstanding communication skills to oversee office operations. The ideal candidate must possess strong problem-solving abilities and be proficient in managing multiple tasks efficiently. Experience with scheduling software and data entry is essential, along with the capability to maintain accurate records. A minimum of three years in an administrative role is required, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is mandatory. Additionally, the ability to interact professionally with clients and team members is crucial for this position.

A recognized HND or B.Sc. degree is required as the minimum educational qualification for this role.

Prior sales experience would be considered a valuable asset for this role.
