Administrative Manager

Responsibilities
To play a key role in the day-to-day running of the Administration Department.
Formulation of Administration strategy and delivery of an efficient administration support services.
To safeguard all the resources of the organisation, both human and otherwise.
To review the current status of the administrative functions, doing a SWOT analysis.
To initiate and implement policies on HR Management and Staff Welfare.
To line manage and review Staff Performance Management.
To coordinate in staff appraisal exercise and facilitate appropriate training for staff.
To prepare minutes for board and other meetings as may be directed.
Job Requirements
Tracking budget expenses.
Quality management and managing processes.
Organization Communication Processes.
Ability to promote process Improvement.
Good communication skills.
Qualification
Minimum of B.Sc/HND in Business Management or related fields with at least 10 years of experience in Administration and Personnel
