Job Description:     • Have to handle all the 10-12 branches and can work on managerial position independently.• Manage all the reports regarding stock take.• Responsible for gross margin and overall profitability.• Able to make strategies in seasonal time and can able to maintain customer data base.• Able to dealing with supplier and vendors and manage relationships with marketing vendors and other third parties on behalf of company.• Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to lead and motivate all the branch managers.• Meet or exceed all business targets (Sales, manpower & productivity) with a team of 10-12 branch managers.• Take a significant role in sharing knowledge and supporting the development of team members.• To efficiently, effectively and profitably manage the branch, responsible for ensuring that the branch as a channel is delivering results and delivering the right customer experience.• As Head of Operations team, role is to plan, direct and coordinate the operations of an organization.• Implement quality management and regulatory compliance strategies.Build a team with right set of skills, both functional and behavioural, to ensure optimal efficiency and productivity.• Identifying business opportunities & implement business strategies to achieve revenue targetPerformance management of team, work allocation and identification of training and development needs Key Skills:     • The candidate should have a minimum of 10-12 years’ experience in marketing in a reputed company. The last position held by the candidate should be that of a Senior Manager of a reputed company selling electronic Products
