Responsibilities:
The Executive Assistant will assist the Chairman in organizing and maintaining files and records.
You will Work directly with Personnel and Office Services on project basis, as needed.
Planning and scheduling meetings and appointments
Qualifications & Personal Qualities
Background in Economics or Law will be preferred.
In-depth knowledge in finance is strongly required.
Able to set priorities and judge priorities in terms of Chairman’s needs and time.
Have minimum of 2years experience in a consulting firm
Foreign degree/Overseas exposure is an added advantage
Working knowledge of Hausa will be strongly considered.
