Role Target
This role is responsible for overseeing the operations of the retail stand within a facility.
In addition to handing the operational, sales and management duties, this professional will be charged with creating marketing strategies in an effort to increase sales revenue.
Role Expectations The successful candidate amongst others will carry out some specific functions which include:
To oversee daily operations in all concession stands
To maintain inventory controls / levels for all products
To induct and train staff in selling technique and products knowledge
Cash management and control to ensure staff are adhering of all procedures detailed for concession operations
Understand the audit process and standard required
To provide services to customer
Responsible for stock requisition
Complies with Health Department rules and regulations
Monitor all concession staff
Complete any necessary paper work such as inventory sheet, daily cash reports, appraisal form etc.
Qualification and Experience Minimum BSc in any related field
Relevant 1 year experience in a similar role
Person Skills:
Advanced Oral and written communication skills
Strong Customer Service Skills
Ability to work well with other staff members
Must be result oriented.
Ability to handle pressure.
Excellent Organizational and Interpersonal skills
Ability to undertake and complete multiple tasks
Pay good attention to detail.
Physical requirements
Ability to stand and walk for long hours
Manual dexterity to work with Concession equipment.
