Main Duties and Responsibilities
Implementation of company HSE and Security policies to ensure safe work environment.
Construction coordination and supervision.
Provision of Technical Support.
Operational Excellence.
Team Role – Ensure seamless interfaces with own staff and sub contractor staff in the planning and execution of all construction activities.
Project Management – control the time, cost and quality of construction projects.
Plan and coordinate all aspects of the construction process.
Key Competencies Required Knowledge and Skills:
A Bachelor’s Degree or Higher National Diploma in Civil/Structural Engineering.
COREN/NSE registered.
Minimum of 25 years & above post qualification cognate experience in civil/structural and construction engineering for AGM, 20yrs & above for Snr. Projects Managers & Project Managers
Broad construction experience specifically in roads, bridges and building construction.
Project management skills
Ability to handle multiple activities simultaneously
Ability to work in a diverse multicultural environment, team player who can seamlessly work effectively with other personnel
Proficient in the use of various desktop applications
Aptitude to details and accuracy
Analytical, innovative and able to function effectively und pressure.
