Details:
Pleasantly attending to all patients and clients.
Scheduling patient appointments.
Required to create and manage medical records both manually and through the use of computer software.
Making phone calls to affiliated HMOs for the receipt of pre-authorization codes.
Answering and routing phone calls and checking messages.
Providing information about the organization to all clients
Assisting the doctors by providing them with relevant front desk process information.
Quick vetting of prepared bills prior patient or client retreat.
Accepting additional assignments and tasks as needed for the department.
Follow-through with the endorsement of prepared medical documents
Entering and documenting required medical information.
Other administrative duties such as opening and sorting mails.
Organizing and maintaining the filing system
Checking and managing the effective use of office supplies and stationeries
Regular communications and development of reports, work plan, time schedule and related problems to immediate supervisor.
Ensure all electronic appliances are switched off at the close of work daily.
Collation of daily hospital attendance figures.
Performing basic word processing task

Qualifications
Minimum of a HND Qualification with atleast 2-3 years customer service experience.
