Key Elements of the Role
Report to the Administrative Officer
Support the Administrative Officer to achieve departmental objectives
Receive and direct telephone calls and relay conversation and pertinent messages, while maintaining accuracy, clarity and confidentiality
Function as the receiver of official documents and important mail addressed to the department
Maintain records and keep track office supplies
Ensure general organisation and general tidiness of the department
Ensure the proper filing of pertinent documents
Perform active participation in meetings and take down relevant notes during the process
Desired Skills & Experience
OND in Business Administration or any relevant discipline
2 years relevant experience working in the same capacity
Ability to communicate effectively
Ability to work with little or no supervision
Must possess strong analytical skill
Strong administrative and organizational skill
Excellent interpersonal skill
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office skills like Word, Outlook, and Excel. Experience with Accounting Software Packages is an advantage
