The role would contribute to capability building for S&D organization through effective, efficient and consistent conduct of training programs at Gionee Smartphones ; conduct assessments and certifications and ensure completion of required administrative and operational requirements
1. Take complete knowledge download from Subject matter expert 2. Training S&D team 3. Assessment of S&D team 4. Prepare report for all session conducted

1. Induction Training performance 2. Refresher/ Product training performance 3. Adherence to operational & Administrative Requirements
Desired Skills and Experience Excellent communication skills
MBA from Top Recognized University will be an added advantage
3-5 Years experience in learning & Development
