Ensure the minimum sales targets are consistently delivered and achieved
Develop a pipeline and drive new Business and sales
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
“Go the extra mile” to drive sales.
Build productive trust relationships with customers
Requirements Proven results oriented numerate Sales account & Channel Management in the Telecommunication and IT sectors with a strong personal drive, ambition, integrity and potential to grow into more senior positions.
Progressive tales career with minimum of 5-7 years verifiable working experience including track record of over-achieving sales quota.
Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
Contacts with current buyers and purchasing decision makers, both in the Public & Private sectors, of very considerable advantage.
An IT background.
A relevant degree from a respected University. An MBA and/or degree in Marketing or related field would be a plus.
A team player, yet with the confidence to aggressively pursue and deliver profitable sales growth.
Needs to be able to operate with minimal supervision and regularly reports back to the Manager
