Qualification
HND/B.Sc or its equivalent from a reputable institution of higher learning
Experience
No basic experience is required as successful candidate will be trained adequately.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Able to take responsibility and demonstrate high level of integrity with all stake holders
