Job Description:
* Overall responsibility of manpower planning and recruitment* Oversees recruitment process* Develops the induction and orientation programmes for the new recruits* Works out compensation plan and policies* Conducts researches to study the current compensation trends in the market. Implements laid down procedures* Project Manage performance management process where necessary* Develop and Implement employee welfare and disciplinary policies* Provide quarterly HR reports* Perform other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualification:
* Minimum of 10 Years post NYSC experience and 5 minimum Years experience in HR field* Certificate & Membership in HRM (SPHR, HRBP, CIPM)Knowledge & Skills:
* Good Communication & Network skills * Leadership Skills* Critical Thinking & Problem Solving Skills* Ability to implement training, compensation, benefit and recruitment and all HR policies & procedures
