Qualifications/Experience: Clinical Study Coordinator (PI) with a medical degree and either public health or lab/microbiological training, to lead the implementation of a TB Inventory study. Comprehensive knowledge of the public and private health system and TB/HIV diagnostic and treatment services in Lagos required. Successful applicants should have >2 years of experience leading health-related research. Proven understanding of TB pathology, diagnostic procedures, algorithms, screening practices, treatment, risk factors, TB/HIV epidemiology, and biostatistics. Proficiency in English and another Nigerian language is mandatory. Job Responsibilities: Engage private sector leadership to understand and support the study; oversee training for recording and reporting in line with national guidelines; manage the ethical review process, coordinate all field procedures including. ensuring consent, data collection, digitalization, interviewer standardization; SOPs development; coordination with local TB and HIV stakeholders; reviewing raw clinical data to ID issues missed by others; represent study team at key meetings; communicate regularly with staff in-country and in the central office. Willingness to spend >25% of the time in the field is a must.
