Role Summary
Operates and oversees the sachet water production line to maintain optimal efficiency and ensure consistently high-quality output.
Oversee and execute a diverse range of critical duties, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and industry standards. Develop, implement, and monitor strategies to enhance operational efficiency, productivity, and quality across all assigned functions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement, streamline processes, and drive innovation. Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and best practices while mitigating risks and resolving issues proactively. Lead project initiatives from inception to completion, managing timelines, resources, and stakeholders to achieve measurable outcomes. Foster a culture of accountability, continuous learning, and teamwork to support sustainable growth and performance excellence.
Operate sachet filling machines efficiently and effectively, ensuring precise filling and packaging of products.
Oversee the production process in real-time, making necessary adjustments to settings to ensure optimal efficiency and output.
Maintain adherence to Aquavit’s product quality benchmarks and specifications.
Conduct fundamental troubleshooting procedures and document any identified faults.
Responsible for documenting and updating production logs as well as maintaining accurate records.
Strict adherence to hygiene and sanitation protocols and the enforcement of safety regulations must be maintained at all times.
Requirments
Candidates are required to hold a minimum of an SSC credential, with preference given to those possessing an OND or equivalent technical training.
Proficiency in operating sachet machines or prior work experience within a manufacturing setting would prove advantageous.
Demonstrates exceptional technical proficiency and strong problem-solving capabilities.
