Interested and qualified candidates should obtain the Application Forms at “the Office of the Director of Administration at IUTH, Okada” on the payment of a non-refundable fee of Twenty Thousand Naira (N20,000) in Bank Draft, Payable to “Ibginedion University Teaching Hospital Okada”. Note: All complete forms should be returned to the office of the Director of Administration, IUTH, Okada.
