Ref: MCE/2016/01 Responsibilities
To develop, evaluate and negotiate contracts. Oversee, supervise and coordinate civil works. Manage infrastructure and engineering/construction projects.
Ensure enforcement and close-out of observation/issues on project under supervision within stipulated time.
Prepare project reports for Management.
Qualification and Experiences
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering/Construction Management with at least 2 class lower
Minimum of 12 years relevant experience obtained from reputable construction firms.
A combination of training, education and experience in procedure and projects management practices.
Professional affiliation with a recognized professional Engineering body including the Nigeria Society of Engineers (NSE).
Registration with the Council for the Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria (COREN).
Must be knowledgeable in CAD.
Masters degree in Civil Engineering could be an added advantage.
