Responsible for overall operations of restaurant and catering activities.
Catering marketing of corporate events i.e conferences, seminars,weddings and birthdays.
Monitoring the quality of product and services provided.
Market Expansion:Develop and Implement the Caterings regional market expansion strategy to ensure year on year growth.
Maximizing sales, meeting profits and financial expectation.
Dealing with staffing and clients issues.
Performs other duties as assigned by Management.
