A financial services company is looking for a Human Resources Manager to join a team of HR generalists. In this role, you will partner closely with the business in all HR issues in hiring, terminating, benefits administration, company-wide bonus increases, etc.
Qualifications and Experience
5+ years in HR generalist role, preferably in financial services industry but not required
Excellent analytical abilities and experience working with Excel
Experience working with senior business leaders and shaping organizational goals
Hands on experience across HR disciplines including recruiting, compensation, employee relations, benefits, employee leaves, talent management
