Job Description:
Monitor incoming email, forward or reply as required.
Answer phone calls appropriately, take down messages.
Organize meetings, taking minutes and scheduling of appointment.
Liaise with visitors/clients
Co-ordinate and maintain administrative records
Requirements:
OND, HND, BSc
Female Gender
Must be resident in Warri (and environs)
Good user of Microsoft Office
Excellent note taking skills
Good Apperance
Fluent in English
