Sales Coordinator

Responsibilities

Manage sales of the company’s products and services
Collaborate with the Managing Director in establishing and recommending the most realistic sales goals for the company.
Manage specific geographic sales area for marketing the company’s product to maximize sales revenues and meet corporate objectives.
Acquire long term customers and negotiates long term supply agreement on the company’s products
Manages the sales team of the company and coordinate the sales team to meet predefined sales targets
Reviews sales performance of the company and advise on mechanisms for growth.
Develops specific plans to ensure revenue growth in all company’s products.

Qualifications The Ideal Candidate should:

Have a B.Sc or HND in any relevant discipline from a reputable institution
Have a minimum of four (4) years experience with at least 18 months managing a sales team(that is, in a supervisory role).
Have a previous work experience in the sales and marketing unit of a food processing company or an FMCG.
Understand the network of markets in Lagos state coupled with a potential customer pool.

Remuneration N100,000 (Sales Commission also applicable on achievement of agreed milestones).
