Job Description
· Act as a liaison between customers and Company Prepares Service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information· Recommends potential Services to management by collecting customer information and analysing customer needs.· Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed· Answer questions· Resolves Service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting up to ensure resolution.
Requirements
· Bachelor’s Degree/HND in Business Courses or any other related course of study· A minimum of 2 years working experience· Residing in Lagos
