Operations Manager Kitchen and Quality Assurance Manager Marketing Executive

Job Summary

The Floor Operations Manager shall be responsible for managing all front-of-house operations in conjunction with the back-of-house (BOH) during opening, mid and closing shifts.

Key Responsibilities

Coaching
Developing and disciplining team members during service
Managing the guest experience
Overseeing food & beverage quality and overseeing the entire flow.
Overseeing experience on a shift-by-shift basis.
Upholding the highest level of guest experience.
Improving internal operations.

Qualifications and Experiences

HND in Business Administration or any related course.
Relevant experience in a supervisory or management capacity.
Male preferably.
5 years and above.
