Job Description

To provide strategic direction and execution leadership for human resource management activities of the organization.
To maximize the strategic use of human resources and maintain functions such as recruitment, employee compensation, personnel policies, and regulatory compliance.

Reports to MD/CEO

Qualification and Experience Required

Bachelor’s Degree or its equivalent, with MBA as an advantage.
A member of CIPM.
15 years Post Qualification Experience plus 8 years of relevant experience at management role.
Working knowledge of local automobile industry is of critical advantage.
