Job Description

Meet and greet clients and visitors and clients
Generate exceptional graphic designs from modern softwares
Manage the firms online blog portals
Answer/screen/direct incoming calls
Ensure all stationery is well stocked
Order in all refreshments for meeting rooms
Keep all meeting space tidy
Maintain the reception area to an impeccable level at all times
Ad hoc assistance when required
Keep abreast of any staff movement in and out of the office
Organise couriers and taxis
Handle all incoming mail and deliveries

Qualifications

1 to 3 years’ Administrative experience
Minimum of a National Diploma in any discipline.
