REQUIREMENTS

BSc/HND Marketing. Business Admin or other social sciences. Relevant Masters degreel
professional qualifications an added advantage.
Minimum of 4 years relevant experience in an FMCG company is mandatory.
Should possess good leadership, communication, interpersonal, coaching, and selling skills.
Should be proactive, honest, energetic, and passionate.
Must not be more than or less 32-40 years of age.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsible for the achievement of global targets.
Formulate sales/marketing strategies aimed at market development.
Select from available action plans and monitor the execution.
Allocate responsibilities and share objectives with associates.
Monitor industry environment/competitors’ activities and report to management.
Assessing and training associates in identifying and developing viable market opportunities
Prepares and presents monthly, quarterly, annual sales and marketing report.
Review and analyse sales and marketing performance against programs and plans to determine efficiency and effectiveness.
