Job Summary
We are looking for individuals to support the Strategy and Human Capital Manager in carrying out the Strategic and HR functions of the firm.
Such individual must have experience in Brand Strategy Functions which is to project the brand of the firm through social networks, business journals, market research and knowledge communication, external speaking engagements and coordination of business development activities.
Interested candidates must also have experience in HR deliverables of Payroll Processing, Compensation and Benefits, Recruitment and Induction, Learning and Development, Employee Engagement.
Such candidate must have the ability to plan, direct, coordinate HR management activities of the firm. Candidate must have the ability to multitask and simultaneously work on multiple engagements.
Qualifications and Requirements
Minimum of B.Sc (Second Class Upper) in Social Sciences or any related field.
Minimum of 3 years relevant experience.
Demonstrates exceptional Client Management skills.
Goal Oriented, Strong Communication and Presentation skills.
Ability to deliver high performance results with minimal supervision.
Fluent in speaking French or German.
