Job Summary
We seek a dynamic and seasoned Area Sales Manager to lead and drive sales initiatives across the South-South and North-West regions.
The successful candidate will spearhead sales expansion, cultivate strategic partnerships with key distributors, and guide a high-performing team to deliver on revenue and market share objectives.

To formulate and implement strategic sales initiatives designed to achieve regional goals effectively.
Oversee, guide, and track the performance of sales representatives operating within the designated territory.
Build and sustain robust partnerships with distributors, wholesalers, and retailers to ensure seamless collaboration and mutual growth.
Perform ongoing market evaluations to uncover potential growth avenues and monitor competitive movements.
Maintain strict compliance with credit policies while ensuring prompt collection of payments.
Compile and present sales reports, projections, and performance evaluations to senior leadership for review and strategic decision-making.
Enhance brand recognition and foster deeper consumer interactions to align with the organization’s strategic marketing objectives.
Candidates must fulfill the following qualifications and competencies to be considered for this opportunity. A minimum of five years of progressive experience in a related field is essential, along with proficiency in [specific software/tool], demonstrated through prior roles or certifications. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are required, as is the ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, coupled with a commitment to continuous learning, are also necessary. A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
Proven track record of at least five years in sales within the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods sector, including a minimum of two years in a leadership position.
Demonstrates a consistent ability to achieve or surpass established sales quotas, reflecting strong performance and reliability in driving revenue growth.
Proficient in understanding the dynamics of the South-South and North-West regions.
Proven expertise in leadership, negotiation, and communication, demonstrated through consistent performance and results.
Demonstrated expertise in utilizing Microsoft Office applications is required.
Capable of operating autonomously and undertaking frequent travel across the designated region.
