We at Halian are urgently looking for a Sales / Account Manager to work in a permanent role with one of our partners (Leading International Consultancy) based in Lagos, Nigeria
Main day to day responsibilites inculde but not limited to:
Maintaing and growing major accounts by establishing good relationship and ensuring highest level of customer service
Managing customer relationships effectively and identifying new opportunities to develope the accounts
Key interface or liaison between the customer, sales support, product management and other internal resources
Should be conducting regular customer meetings to manage indicators like FSD, WCS, ongoing projects and rollouts
Must be able to pipeline the future opportunities
Advising customer on consultative selling techniques
Must be able to work within a team including post-sale delivery porfessional, pre-sale technical professionals and management to achieve business
Desired Skills and Experience
5 to 10 years of solid sales / account management in selling software / applications preferrably to Financial Serivces Industry
Strong Relationship Management skills
Must be able to manage and develope accounts by identifying new opportunities
Excellent written and oral communication
