Summary of Responsibilities
Responsible for providing quality service that meets customer’s satisfaction.
Responsible for safe keeping and maintenance of all company’s asset at the Outlet.
Main Functions
Responsible for taking customer’s orders
Present menus to customers and answer questions about menu items, making recommendations upon request.
Inform customers of daily specials.
Stock service areas with supplies such as food and drinks.
Present menus to guest and answer questions about menu items or making recommendation
Collect payments from customers.
To take food and drink orders
To serve food and drinks
To check guest to ensure they are enjoying their meals and take action to correct any issues.
To take equipment inventory to make sure it is complete before loading
To carry out any other assigned duty.
Person Profile/Experience Required
Must possess OND/ ND
Must be confidence and have friendly disposition
Must be very courteous,
Must possess good communication skill;
Preference would be given to applicants living close to Kubwa Village or in Kubwa Village
