Responsibilities:
• Maintaining the Institute’s positive Image and brand• Supervising the Institute’s staff and contract employees• Market the Institute’s courses and build/maintain client relationships• Supervise the implementation of the Institutes training courses, seminars, conferences etc• Manage consultants’ relationships and deliverables• Maintain confidential records and files• Provide weekly reports to the Executive Director and attend weekly management meetings• Make presentations to Advisory Board and Board of Trustees as required• Perform other related duties as assigned by Executive Director
Qualifications
• Degree in Business or any related field• 3-7 years’ experience in Managing Training Programmes and Business Development• Demonstrated success in prospecting , soliciting and closing opportunities• Excellent Oral and written communication skills with meticulous attention to detail• Demonstrated tact, diplomacy and interpersonal skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including media• Strong organizational skills to determine work priorities and manage multiple projects• Strong interpersonal skills and proven ability to build and maintain positive working relationships and work in a collaborative environment• High level of professionalism and drive with an enthusiasm and passion for delivering results• Proficient in the Microsoft office suite, social media platforms and expertise in using Maximizer, WordPress and Quick Books is an asset
