Aim of the job: As a Sales Manager, Professional End User you will be responsible for leading, directing and motivating the Prof End-User Sales team to achieve salesand profitability targets.You will implement locally relevant channel strategy to drive sales growth and market share and maximize sales opportunities and profitability in your sales region. Executes the Lighting 4 Pillar Strategy in the context of local market trends and opportunities
Delivers on operational targets
Manages sales team to achieve sales targets
Implements BMC initiatives if relevant for the area
FINANCIAL
Delivers AOP targets
Achieves revenue, margins and sales productivity efficiencies targets
CUSTOMER
Drives for high levels of customer satisfaction.
Drives Lighting’s (brand) positioning in the Trade channel.
PEOPLE
Drives sales team engagement, culture of accountability
Builds required sales capabilities to drive sustainable business performance in the area
Drives capability development and tool adoption
Critical Experience
5+ years’ experience in a commercial facing role (sales in a B2Benvironment is a must).
2+years’ experience in people management role.
Experience from a technology or fast paced industry (multinationalenvironment preferred)
Qualification: Bachelor degree in Electrical and Electronics engineering
