Roles & Responsibilities / Specifications
Responsible of Biscuit & Wafer production lines
Optimum utilization of plant capacities and Meeting daily, weekly and monthly volume requirement
Optimization of product cost, quality and productivity with effective co ordination with other departments
Achieving plant performance measures of Food safety, quality, productivity, and cost.
Implementing quality and work systems e.g. ISO 22000, HACCP, 5S, GMP etc.
Leading the team of Shift Managers and Supervisors at the location
Plant safety & hygiene Graduate Experience & Skills :
Should be M.Sc./ B.Tech.- Food Technology/ Chemical Technology
Having 10-12 year’s experience in Biscuit industry out of Which at least 3-4 years at the capacity of production Manager
Good communication skills
Excellent manpower handling skills
Should have positive and can do attitude
Knowledge of quality system tools like 5S, Kaizen, TQM, lean manufacturing
Strong analytic and troubleshooting skills.
