Project Coordinator

Job Description

The project coordinator will oversee the technical and administrative processes involved in the preparation and implementation of various projects.
The Coordinator will interface with clients/project stakeholders in the planning phases in order to build partnerships, set out project administrative strategies and timelines; estimate, track, manage, and report on project schedules and costs; effectively manage, conduct meetings, and collaborate with project team members, cross-functional teams, vendors, courseware partners, and management to ensure project milestones and deliverables are met; ensure that standards and best practices are correctly implemented and documented; identify project and process impediments, problem solves, and implements solutions and keep all applicable project information current in team tracking systems.
