The primary duties involve overseeing daily operations, ensuring all processes run smoothly and efficiently. You will be responsible for managing a team of professionals, delegating tasks, and maintaining high standards of performance. Additionally, you will coordinate with other departments to facilitate seamless communication and collaboration. Another key responsibility includes monitoring performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed. Regular reporting to senior leadership and providing strategic recommendations will also be part of your role.
Uncover and capitalize on emerging business prospects within designated industries, with a primary emphasis on HR and consulting service offerings.
Drive the entire sales process, from identifying potential clients and crafting compelling pitches to skillfully negotiating terms and finalizing agreements.
Develop and oversee a high-performance sales pipeline while meticulously documenting all actions within the CRM system.
Craft compelling proposals, pitch decks, and service agreements tailored to prospective clients, ensuring exceptional quality and impact in every deliverable.
Partner with our HR and consulting delivery teams to ensure that proposed solutions accurately reflect the true requirements of our clients.
Represent the organization at networking events, industry roundtables, and client meetings to foster professional relationships and gather market intelligence.
Achieve or surpass monthly and quarterly revenue targets consistently.
We seek a candidate with a minimum of five years of experience in a related field, along with a bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data management software are essential, as is the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Familiarity with industry regulations and compliance standards is also required, and prior experience in a supervisory role would be advantageous.
A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, Economics, or a closely related discipline is required.
With a minimum of two years of professional experience in Human Resources or a consulting environment—such as a recruitment agency, HR outsourcing firm, HR technology provider, payroll services organization, or management strategy consultancy—you are equipped to thrive in this role.
Experienced in cultivating B2B relationships, driving sales, and acquiring new clients, with a strong preference for professional services.
Seasoned professionals with a strong grasp of buyer behavior in HR and consulting industries, encompassing RFPs, procurement processes, and key decision-makers including Chris, Talent Directors, and COOs.
With extensive expertise in business development or sales within this particular industry, the ideal candidate will bring a wealth of strategic insight and proven track record to the role.
Exceptional proficiency in both verbal and written communication is essential.
What We Offer
We offer a competitive monthly salary of NGN100,000.
A transportation allowance of NGN 20,000 is provided to support commuting to and from work.
Commissions are earned on each successfully finalized transaction.
