Job Summary

Our client is in search of a skilled and motivated Marketing professional dedicated to the promotion of TILES products, while providing strategic support to the Sales Manager to enhance overall sales performance.

Oversee and execute a comprehensive range of critical duties, including but not limited to strategic planning, operational management, and team leadership, to ensure organizational objectives are met efficiently. Develop and implement policies, procedures, and best practices to enhance productivity, compliance, and performance across departments. Serve as a primary liaison between senior management and staff, fostering clear communication and alignment on key initiatives. Analyze performance metrics, identify trends, and recommend data-driven solutions to optimize workflows and resource allocation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation, streamline processes, and achieve measurable business growth. Ensure adherence to industry regulations, quality standards, and ethical guidelines while maintaining a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

Skilled in effectively conveying ideas, actively listening, and fostering clear dialogue with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders to ensure mutual understanding and collaboration.

Proficiency in Nigerian building market products is essential for this role.

Sales reporting and forecasting involve analyzing historical sales data, market trends, and performance metrics to generate accurate projections of future revenue and demand. This process includes compiling and interpreting data from various sources, identifying key patterns and deviations, and presenting insights to support strategic decision-making. Professionals in this role must possess strong analytical skills, proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel or Power BI, and the ability to translate complex findings into actionable business recommendations. Additionally, they are responsible for monitoring sales performance, tracking KPIs, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

Seeking a candidate with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, coupled with a minimum of five years of professional experience in software development. Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++ is essential, along with expertise in database management and system architecture. Strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and a collaborative mindset are required to thrive in this dynamic role. Responsibilities include designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality software solutions, conducting thorough testing to ensure optimal performance, and providing technical support to stakeholders.
