Main Responsibilities
Main responsibility would be to support the plant manager in providing, supervision of depot operations in LPG and other fuel products, as may be necessary, including bulk receipt, bottle filling and dispatch.
Ensure segregation of duties by performing order taking and receipting.
Key Responsibilities
Supervision of LPG trucks and wagons receipt to meet company’s HSE and operational requirements
Supervision of LPG bottling to meet company’s HSE and operational and government regulatory requirements.
Supervision of LPG’s filling into customers cylinders to meet company’s operational and regulatory requirements.
Reconcile bulk product movements by the daily meter reconciliation.
Proper LPG tank gauging for stock accounting purposes.
Custodian of LPG stock items and empty cylinders.
Follow up for proper customs documentations for LPG receipts and export loadings.
Other key competencies will include positive relationship building, customer friendliness, flexibility and effective communication and teamwork
Qualifications
Candidates should have a minimum of ND in Engineering discipline with minimum of 3 years experience in providing administrative and analytical assistance through strict observance of the company’s safety standards, good customer relations.
Candidate must be able to communicate in English language, have basic HSE competence including swimming certification, medical fitness and sound knowledge of Health, Safety and Environmental issues.
