Responsibilities:
Assists with the preparation of the performance review forms.
Assists HR Director with various research projects and/or special projects.
Assists with recruitment and interview process.
Maintaining employee files and the HR filing system
Assisting with the day-to-day efficient operation of the HR office.
Helps with the implementation of services, policies, and programs through HR staff; reports to the HR director
Assists company managers with HR issues.
Education/Experience:
A bachelor’s degree in relevant discipline
Minimum of 3 years’ work experience in HR
Very good organizational and time management skills;
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work within a team environment
Proactive
Self reliant and attentive to details
