Job Description
Enclaves is actively seeking a highly creative female Sales Representative to join our team at the Lagos store, specifically in Leak Phase 1. In this role, you will play a key part in driving sales growth and successfully closing deals through our designated social media platforms.
The Sales Representative will receive training to support the following responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries by providing timely and professional support, ensuring all customer concerns are addressed with accuracy and a focus on satisfaction.
Handling incoming calls efficiently and professionally forms a key part of this role.
Address customer concerns promptly, offering tailored solutions and viable alternatives to ensure their satisfaction.
Oversee the coordination of order logistics with shipping partners to guarantee timely delivery to customers.
Adhere to established communication protocols, guidelines, and organizational policies at all times.
Effective oral and written communication abilities are essential.

Managed an ecommerce enterprise in a prior professional role.
Demonstrates a capacity for rapid acquisition of new skills and knowledge, enabling quick adaptation to evolve tasks and responsibilities.
Maintains proximity to Leak to support operations at the Lagos office.
