Procurement Assistant

Job Description

    Issue Purchase Orders using the ERP system
    Ensure invoices received are accurately posted into the ERP system
    Liaise with Finance on vendor payments as required
    Resolve queries and support other job functions as appropriate

Education/Academic Requirements

    Minimum of National Diploma
    Minimum of 3 years’ experience in related role

Skills Required:

    Good interpersonal and communication skills
    Fluent in English language (oral and written)
    Able to work independently, as well as in a team

Other Requirements:

    Knowledge of ERP systems
    Organized and good attention to detail
    Structured and systematic approach to work
