Role Expectations
The successful candidate amongst others will organize daily cooking classes, cater for many events, building brand awareness, celebrating Company milestones and engaging the community. Standardization of Master Chef and Product Cooking Presentations for cohesive menus that identify appliance performance, improves time management, cost efficiency, and improves organization skills. Specific functions include:
Customer Service and Administrative Functions:
Collaboration with and Support of external chefs / partners for specific events
Customer Service Helpdesk
SOS website, blog, recipes, tricks & tips etc
Administration of the Event Back office
Recipe development for web site and cooking events
Customer advisory service
Development and conduction of cook schools, events
Consultation & Kitchen Studios:
Appliance demonstrations
Cooking demonstrations for prospect customers
Private demonstrations at home
Cooking tips for customers
Hints and tips for employees
Company Appliance owners courses
Active cooking
Test Kitchens:
Tests on new range of appliances
Development of course concepts
Conception of new recipes
Cooking for VIP guests / Cooking for dealers and our management
Qualifications
A degree in Catering and Hotel Management or Food Science and Technology.
A master’s degree would be and added advantage
Experience:
Relevant Experience in similar organizations and at least 7 years track record
