Job Description for Administrative staff at Edu Platforms
•Provide efficient electronic and paper archive management services.
•Act as custodian of all administrative templates, manuals etc
•Maintain a contact database of all service providers
•Act as reference person on all EP admin policies
•Supervise cleaning staff and ensuring timely and cost effective facilities management,
•Liaise with service providers, vendors as the need arises.
•Conduct routine inspection of premises and facilities,
•Develop and maintain an electronic database of all categories of company assets
•Maintain an electronic inventory control system and report on reorder level weekly
•Maintain client vendor database for a competitive procurement process
•Ensure that all company assets are properly coded
•Participate in budget development report deviations weekly
