Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including Operations, Product, Risk, and Marketing, to deliver a seamless merchant experience.
Analyze key performance indicators, compile comprehensive performance reports, and deliver strategic insights to drive business expansion and enhance market penetration.

Minimum qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a closely related field. The candidate must possess at least three years of professional experience in software development, with a strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++. Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is advantageous. Additionally, the role demands expertise in agile methodologies, version control systems (e.g., Git), and CI/CD pipelines. Excellent problem-solving abilities, effective communication skills, and a collaborative mindset are essential. Experience with full-stack development, including front-end frameworks like React or Angular, is highly preferred.
