SUMMARY OF POSITION:The cook is charged with the responsibility to provide meals at the club house at all times and of different varieties as instructed by the Assistant Manager, AUN Club. The Cook supervises the activities of all kitchen staff area which includes the kitchen assistant and part time assistant cooks.Position Requirements:
Diploma in Hotel Management and Catering or in the food service industry.
Three years of experience in a supervisory role in commercial, institutional, or related volume food preparation.
Ability to maintain a safe, clean work area.
Ability to maintain effective working relationship with others.
Knowledge of principles of sanitation, health hazards, and the necessary precautionary measures.
Other requirements, abilities for the position:
Energetic, dynamic personality
Creativity and the ability to provide first class meals to the Club’s clients.
Ability to perform consistently under pressure and to work cooperatively with others.
Ability to represent the Club in a professional manner
