Job Description
Receive & make calls / visitors promptly & politely
Maintain call, visitors & contractors log
Prepare admin budget
Prepare admin monthly expense report
Manage staff HMO status
Monitor & track staff / client birthdays
Monitor & track all vehicle documents validity
Monitor & order office supplies
Maintain staff attendance register
Monitor and compile staff list due for appraisal, confirmation, leave & benefits etc
Forward incoming mails and information appropriately
Proper & accurate filing of all documents and correspondences
Assist in carrying out all duties delegated by the line manager.

Microsoft office skills
Organisational Skills
Excellent verbal communication skills
Absolute professionalism
Exceptional Phone Etiquette
Not more than 27yrs of age,( original birth certificate will be sighted, sworn affidavit not accepted).
0-2yrs experience
Willingness to learn
Good listening skills and pays attention to details
B.sc or HND in Personnel management or any other related course
