Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced, strategic, and results-driven Brand Manager to lead the growth and positioning of the TCL brand across assigned markets.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing brand strategies, driving product marketing initiatives, managing marketing campaigns, supporting sales growth, and strengthening TCL’s market presence.
The Brand Manager will collaborate closely with sales, marketing, product, retail, and external partners to maximize brand visibility, customer engagement, and profitability.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies aligned with the company’s business objectives and TCL’s global brand guidelines.
Drive brand awareness, market penetration, and revenue growth across all assigned product categories.
Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, traditional, retail, and experiential channels.
Manage the end-to-end product launch process, including go-to-market strategies, promotional activities, and sales enablement.
Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and consumer insights to identify market opportunities and emerging trends.
Work closely with the sales team to develop promotional programs that increase product sell-through and market share.
Monitor product performance, pricing strategies, inventory movement, and channel performance.
Ensure consistent brand messaging, visual identity, and communication across all customer touchpoints.
Analyze campaign performance using key marketing metrics and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
Support dealer activation programs, retail branding, merchandising, and in-store visibility initiatives.
Collaborate with the product management team to identify customer needs and recommend product positioning strategies.
Prepare periodic reports on brand performance, sales trends, campaign effectiveness, and market intelligence.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail partners, distributors, advertising agencies, and internal stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with company policies, brand standards, and marketing governance requirements.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
Master’s degree or professional marketing certification is an added advantage.
Minimum of 8years’ experience in brand management, product marketing, or marketing communications.
Experience in the consumer electronics, home appliances, FMCG, or technology industry is highly preferred.
Proven experience managing brands, product launches, and integrated marketing campaigns.
Strong understanding of retail marketing, channel marketing, and consumer behavior.
Experience working with distributors, dealers, and retail partners is an advantage.
